The going-ons of late have included the birthday of a small girl, who, four years ago, catapulted me from womanhood/girlhood (i had just turned 24, retrospectively it felt like girlhood) into motherhood. A small girl who completely turned my world, and indeed myself, on its head, and guided me onto a trajectory from which I have never looked back.
Further going-ons have included a continuing love of and in the garden, as it unfolds more and more and more flowers, and we spend time playing eating and being outside, perhaps because somewhere in the back of our minds we know that we are slowly slowly moving into a new season...
