Yes Friends, its that time of the year.....having past late summer, it is now 'later summer'. Because surely it cannot be autumn if there has not been a day under 30 degrees for over a week, next week is looking equally as hot, and i am spending my days on the beach. Yesterday at a packed beach (labour day long weekend is like a mini-version of summer holiday tourism!), we swam/were dunked by 8foot surf (seriously, i've never seen such big swell here!!), in such sweltering heat that i thought i would loose all access to my intelligence not already affected by breast-feeding! Luckily, i did not, hence the insistence of late summer.... lets keep it at that.
